CLI's Fall Celebration is coming!
Join us for a GREAT day of worship, connection with God & others, food, fun & fellowship OUTDOORS!!
- Our Outdoor Worship Service will begin at 10am.
- Want to be water baptized at the end of the outdoor service? Sign up here!
- There will be no Discipleship Hour classes or Livestream that day.
- Food & Fellowship will follow our Morning Worship Service. Please plan to stay & join in! There will be field games for all ages & blow-ups for the kids!

We invite you to be a part of this special OUTDOOR BAPTISM SERVICE as a part of our Fall Celebration Sunday!
Baptism is the outward symbol of what has already transpired in the heart of the one who has trusted the Lord Jesus Christ for full salvation.
We understand and believe that baptism is not a "sacrament" that imparts saving grace, but an ordinance. We are not saved by baptism, but by faith in Jesus Christ and His blood that "...cleanses us from all sin" (I John 1:7).

THE ENCOUNTER | OCT 24-26

Encounter is a very special weekend intended to do what the name states, to bring you into an Encounter with our Amazing God. It is designed for anyone ready for a spiritual journey with Jesus. It introduces people to the Love of God & helps them continue their discipleship journey even after the event has ended.
Your past doesn't matter. Your current circumstance doesn't matter. You will be:
- loved, supported, & challenged
- given space & grace to deal alone with the Lord
- prayed for & with
Important Info:

5. This is not an overnight retreat. No lodging is necessary or available.

The Schedule:
- Friday evening, 5 PM - Dinner & Evening Sessions

Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John stand as distinct yet profoundly interconnected testimonies to the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Each Gospel offers a unique theological perspective, literary style, and intended audience. When the Gospels are studied together, they provide a richer and more nuanced understanding of the person and mission of Jesus.

Biblical Sexuality
When we hear the word sexuality, we think of sex, but it goes much deeper than the physical act. There has been a void left in the area of sexual discipleship that the world has been happy to fill.
The questions on sexuality, gender, sexual performance, and so on can only be answered by understanding the beauty of God’s design for sexuality.
Everyone is called to live a surrendered life, including a surrendered sexuality. No matter what stage or position in life; single or married, young or old, man or woman, divorced or widowed, understanding God‘s design for sexuality is necessary to live a sexually surrendered life. You will not surrender to someone you do not trust, and you cannot trust someone you do not know.

NEW CLASS | SCHOOL OF MINISTRY

Practicing The Way
Serves as an introduction to Spiritual Formation offered by CLI's School of Ministry. Come and learn the practices of Jesus and endeavor with us to be with Jesus, become like Him, and do as He did!

This 9-week class is open to all and is required for School of Ministry certification. Class begins on Sunday, September 28th at 9:00 a.m., and will meet in Room 10.

If you participate in the course, you and your community will walk away with: • A Spiritual Health Reflection • An understanding of what it means to apprentice under Jesus and a working grasp of spiritual formation • A formation audit of your current life and a plan for intentional counter-formation • Embodied training in spiritual practices, including Sabbath, solitude, prayer, Scripture, and more

Bible Quiz Interest Meeting & Start Date

Bible Quiz is a unique ministry that allows students to learn Scripture and develop life-long Bible study habits.

BIBLE QUIZ INTEREST MEETING: SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH @ 2 p.m. in the Youth Room. This meeting is to inform you of the conference-level competition. If you're interested in knowing more, please join us for this meeting.

This season, students ages 8-12 & 13-18 will study, discuss, and memorize parts of the Book of Romans. Although there are Bible Quiz competitions, families can choose whether to participate or not.
